Aire Services solves famous restaurant, heating / cooling problem.

When a famous, Leeds based restaurant re-opened after a two-year long closure and refurbishment, Aire Services was asked to provide a solution to the chronic, heating and cooling problem in their spectacular, conservatory dining area.

Due to the large amount of glazing and exposure to the elements, the huge conservatory suffered from arctic chills in winter and minutes later when the sun shone - tropical temperatures! After consultations with the client, Aire Services designed and installed an air-source heat pump system which fitted in totally unobtrusively with the decor.

Not only do the client now benefit from totally automatic temperature control, they also enjoy reduced fuel bills!
